HOW WE VET

We make sure our carers meet high standards

Only a small portion of carer applications are accepted into our books.

Application review

We thoroughly review each application, checking qualifications, experience, and commitment. Only those meeting our strict standards move forward.

1
Background checks

We conduct enhanced DBS checks and verify right-to-work documents to ensure carers meet legal and safeguarding requirements.

2
Character assessment

Each carer attends a face-to-face interview where we assess soft skills, empathy and professionalism.

3
Skills & competency

We evaluate care skills and knowledge, including moving, medication handling, and infection control practices.

4
Reference checks

We contact past employers to confirm reliability, performance, and other key insights into the carer’s conduct.

5
Training & monitoring

After selection, we ensure carers complete any new additional training to comply with our rigorous standards.
