After a comprehensive history working in the legal and charity sectors for over 30 years, Michelle has an extensive personal and professional understanding of how care at home is so important to the individual. Wanting to bring her personal knowledge and compassion into her working life, Michelle has now been working at Care a la Carte for several years and has huge experience in matching the right carer to the right client.

Michelle believes when dignity and respect are fundamental  to the wellbeing of the elderly or the unwell, services clients receive from a carer looking after them in their own home builds a trusting relationship or even friendship. This delivers a comfortable experience to clients and families alike also resulting in a higher quality of life. The clients feel valued and are able to live actively fulfilled lives from the comfort of their own home.
