Russel is a qualified actuary with a Master’s in Finance from the University of Cambridge. With a strong background in healthcare, insurance, and financial services, he has developed a deep understanding of risk management and financial sustainability in the healthcare sector.

Russel’s experience includes working at a market leading insurance company in South Africa, where he worked on a pioneering health and wellness program that incentivises individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices. Through this role, Russel gained firsthand insight into the transformative impact of proactive, preventative care in improving long-term health outcomes. This experience, combined with a passion for delivering high-quality care, led him to the domiciliary care sector.
